Christine Beatty & Major Kwame Kilpatrick charged
Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy has just announced that Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick and his former Chief of Staff Christine Beatty will be charged with 15 counts of perjury and must turn themselves in by 7am on Tuesday.
